hello doctor. I'm conceived with mo-mo twins which is 8 weeks 5 days.....plsss suggest me do' s and dont's .I'm very worried.its my 1st pregnancy........plsss share details regarding monoamniotic and monochorionic twins.

Well I would you say that you should take a proper advice with your gynaecologist understand the situation of your pregnancy and also consult a nutrition expert they will be able to help you with the proper nutrition is balanced diet that you can go through with in your pregnancy time
