hello doctor... I had c section delivery in January 2021. I haven't got any period till now is it normal or not

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes its ok.ude a good contraception.You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydratesIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

Yes this is normal.
Breastfeeding mothers get periods late and as late as one year Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. So no need to worry. It is normal. Take care
