Hello doctor, I am IT professional and it's been difficult for me to keep my seven months old baby away from lapi, mobile screen. Is it safe for lil one eyes and what would to be age to allow the baby to watch television and mobile screen. please assist

it's not always but whenever he saw mobile he want/demand for it.
And could you help me with a good age for babies to watch TV ?
