Hello doctor , i am a patient of wheat allergy . i never get my face red most of the other children get red .i have a pale sk8n tone . I usually feel weakened everytime and faint . please also suggest ways to overcome this weakness and increase my height . #Vaccination

A. Hello dear, you shouod start taking supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only also eat more of green vegetables and fresh fruits specially seasonal ones to have good hemoglobin level . Good luck and take care
