hello doctor how to reduce belly fat while feeding

A. To reduce weight, especially around stomach area, eat healthy and include protein and fiber rich foods with plenty of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too without effecting the breastmilk supply.
