hello doctor gunjan, my baby son is 1 yr 7 month old from last 15 days having heavy cough and fever comes in high and low bases..... we giving paracetamol and antibiotics..... but its not working much...please assist us what should we do. thanks in advance, ill appreciate if please you help us

If it’s been going for a long time I suggest you get a blood test done for your child that’s going to give you better clarity because this is definitely do do some kind of an infection that is why the fever is coming and going the blood test is going to give you a clear picture of the situation
