as your child is 3 months old,it is better to avoid using any cosmetics.
just dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
avoid using soap while bathing to prevent dry skin.
don't give bath for more than 10 minutes
give Massage to your child daily
provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
