hello doctor...can I have aelo vera juice for constipation...I'm lactating mother my baby is 1year old and in aelo vera bottle it is written that lactating women cannot consume aelovera juice

You should avoid taking it if it is already mentioned on the bottle that a lactating mother cannot take aloe vera juice. You should add more fibre food in your regular diet plan it will help in maintaining digestion issues. You should start taking papaya and more fibre food it will help in maintaining and help in passing stool easily
