Hello doctor. before pregnancy my hair falls a lot but during pregnancy it stopped. and now after delivery it has started again. I know hair fall is normal but the quantity of my hairs falling are not norma, I think it show some kind of deficiency. plz advice

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. iron supplements use a Sulfate free shampoo which a mild and also keep yourself well hydrated by drinking plenty of water and also take Vitamin C rich fruits and supplements. .
