Hello doctor am having boy baby of 1 month 15 days old recently he is date ted with inguinal hernia in scanning and doctor is saying for operation .And now his belly button also become swelling as pediatric checked his belly button and bit pushed. Now its coming outside. Is operation is necessarily in this age ?? and also please give solution for his belly button

A. m a Physician near by or family doctor should examine before taking any treatment . May be it is normal but need to be examined by a doctor for further treatment . May require some blood test also .
