Hello doctor, after my delivery I got my period after my baby was 5 months old and since than it has been irregular. 1st there was spotting only and now after every 15 days I would bleed so heavy that I soak 1 pad per hour and that to full 5 days. what should I do to regulate my period and lessen the flow. m working so its irritating with such heavy flow.

Hi mom in case of irregular bleeding u need to do upt to rule out pregnancy first of all ... if it is negative then u need to consult with your doctor for proper examination and treatment as it can be due to fibroid endometriosis or hormonal imbalance  ..

hello mom there is no doubt that there hormonal changes in the body after the delivery and it takes time to get regular periods but if u r bleeding so heavy then u definitely need to consult with a gynecologist immediately to get urself examined properly
