Hello doc .. my daughter is 4 months old , and she’s on exclusive breast feeding.. and i m suffering from excessive hair loss so would it be safe for her if i take some medications or supplements ? If yes than plz recommend what to have

U can have any healthy supplement that you want to have it absolutely not an issue along with that also would like to tell you to shift to any and coconut oil for the time being it is that’s going to help in controlling your hair fall you can make one at home yourself by looking for a recipe online or else you can go ahead with ordering it for Mama earth brand
