hello doc my boy is 14 months old but he has only 4 teeth till now. I cant see any tooth erupting also.i am worried.

A. Hi don't worry as kid's sometimes show a little delay in getting their milk teeth and it's normal.. complete set of 20 milk teeth erupts by the age of 3 years..so wait

A. Most children will have all their primary teeth by 30 months of age.
