hello doc. my baby haven't feed my breast after she truned 2 as my I stopped lactating..now she is 3 month old nd refusing my breast feed... how can I lactate again nd make her to feed my breast.. plz help me

A. yes you can consult your gynaecologist and as on advice restart lactating take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana more you nurse milk will increase
