Q.

I have stopped breastfeeding my daughter it's already been 2 to 3 months but still I am lactating. is this common

A. you can continue breastfeeding till 2 years maximum also better to give fresh homemade foods to baby include more green vegetables fruits dry fruits milk in her diet. thanks
