hello doc....my 14 months baby is not gaining weight....she is a preterm baby with 1.5 kg birth weight n now she is only 7.3 kgs....she eats solids pretty well n all dairy products ,fruits,veggies....still she's not gaining....her height is 77 cms....wat can b d reason??

A. good evening it is simply that the child is able to digest the food well so the baby is not getting that much weight does not mean that is any major issue I would just recommend you to try to focus on giving a healthy diet
