hello doc i want to know the best multivitamin in form of liquid for my kid he dont eat fruits he eats very limited food ,he feel very weak and tired in half an hour while playing we are worried about it he is taking neogadine mikros syrup right now,and d.sol drops.

A. see if hes nor eating then remember no vitamins can replace the foods ok. still yiu can guce syp Zincovit as 5 ml twice daily after the permission of local doctor
