A. you may use it. Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too. Avoid stress. Use wide teeth comb, Have plenty of fluids. Take protien rich diet. (sprouts, paneer, soyabean). Use keratone hair oil.
