Doc meta 3 years 8 month ka beta hai abhi 1 April se usne school start kiya hai.tbhi se usko cough jhansi cold and fever ho rha hai khansi theek hote hi jukam ho jaata hai jukam theek ho to fever ho jaata hai vo theek hota hai to fir khansi ho jaati hai.doc me prashan ho gyi ho davai khilete khilate kya kru.please suggest me.Thank you.
