Hello, your baby boy is 23 months old and three primary doses of pneumonia (PCV)are given at 45 days,75 days and 105 days respectively and one booster dose after 15/18 months from 3rd pneumonia vaccinations.So you can give all 4 doses starting in the same way but little use after 15/18 months
