hello, as we all know that the 3rd wave of corona is more dangerous for kids. i only want to kjow ,how to increase immunity of our baby (my lil-one is 1 now) and what food we add in their diet ? thanks.

Ma’am A regular balance diet is enough to be given to a child so it’s perfectly alright give everything possible you can give turmeric milk also I would just like to advise you simply that don’t worry about the third wave as of now because there is no surety as to whether it is going to come or not and when it is going to come
