Hello all, this question is for nephew he is 3 months old He is developing some kind of rash on his head at backside Hair is getting removed over that area and he is constantly get irritated by that Can anyone help me with this

A. It seems like done skin u fe toon so urs better yo conduit the doctor and get it checked once and apply neem paste over and around it as it helps to reduce the infection but consult the doctor
