Hello all My child is 6months old now and he doesn't wet his diaper whole night..but,as soon as he wakes up in the morning he passes urine in 5 minutes and that's in yellow colour.. May I know what myt be the reason for it as he is exclusively breastfeeds.

A. most of the small babies will be having larger the surface area and they will be sweating a lot in summer season using lot of water so the frequency urine will be less you have to do adequate feeding
