Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Helle dear parent, hair fall is the most common problem among women post pregnancy though it is temporary but it requires proper care. You must eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water.
Oil your hair regularly and wash with mild shampoo twice a week.
Also jeep.yiur air tired up as much as possible.
Avoid hair styling products.
