A. Hello good afternoon !! Have balanced diet with protein, calcium, iron, fibre foods for your health. Rice/roti with dal, sabji,meat, fruits and vegetables, cereals,dry fruits and nuts... Include lactating foods - milk diary products, rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, garlic, garlic milk, poppy seeds, saunf water, ajwain water, mutton kheema for increasing milk production...
