hello, after delivery, it's being one month i am having excess pain in my foot heels. whenever I stand up after sitting I can't walk properly, because of the fool heels pain, suggest me somthing

A. see a good orthopedic. do ultrasound n necessary tests after consulting a specialist. without proper check up we can't advise or help you.. Avoid shirt cuts when it comes to health if mother n baby. ok.
