#AskTheExpert I am having severe lower back pain when trying to stand up after sitting since almost a month now. I had a normal delivery on 28th December 2020. What should I do?

A. this is arthritis. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Hi mom Even i had severe backpain and consulted my gynaec..as per her advice i started giving a backsupport while feeding like keeping pillows behind, while sitting....even while sleeping keep one behind the abdomen... After a few days itself u will find the result...
