A. Hello mam, best would suggest to take natural and home cooked foods which are mildly specied and also keeping your self hydrated with fluids . You can opt for seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables though important thing to note is to avoid papaya and pineapple throughout your pregnancy. Also taking dry fruits and nuts , dal , roti , rice , millets , eggs if preferred, milk, panner , ghee . Have small meals throughout the day instead if having heavy meals as that would be helpful to avoid acidity or gas which are quite common during this period
