A. Give all family foods to your child. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables that you cook at your home. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Include dry fruits like raisins, dates. Give all grains, cereal, pulses. Include milk recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Breastfeed baby till 2 years.
