A. for example in breakfast you can offer oatmeal with Fruits and veggies or yoghurt ,mint curd, multigrain idli etc in mid morning snack ,you can offer sliced fruits, boiled veggies etc in llunc and dinner give Normal food items which you take in your plate.

A. hi you need to offer diet which contains food from different food groups like 1 serving of fruits in a day, 2.5 serving of vegetables, 4 serves of grains,1 serves of protein and 1.5 serving of dairy products.
