A. add fruits and nuts in your diet along with coconut water Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area

A. pregnancy food plan.. take a diet plan from the nutritionist as the doctor after going through the vitals will suggest you one.. have healthy and balanced diet keep yourself well hydrated
