The child's regular meals should comprise of cereals, pulses, greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, dry fruits, dairy products etc., There should be more protein and Vitamin C intake which are very good in building immunity. It should be a balanced and healthy meal plan. And there are no restrictions in the baby's diet. You can give almost everything that u eat as a family may be in a less spicier version.
