So you quit breastfeeding and start eating healthy that’s the only way that you can increase your weight gradually over the period see you after the age of one year if you continuously breastfeeding the child but you are losing on to your weight that means you’re basically not getting anything only so you have to quit breastfeeding then only your body support is going to be better in terms of increasing tWrite Your Answer Here
