he is having red inflammation on face skin with white centre it has been almost a month but it's not going. now it has started on chest as well.

So what treatment has your doctor recommended you that you have not stated and if you haven’t visited your doctor you should should actually consult a paediatrician first and if they referred you to a skin specialist than that because this is not looking normal if it is spreading it’s definitely a matter of concern
