he has, a habit of putting his hand in mouth and doesn't take much of breastfeed. pls advice

A. it s ok and fine breast milk is the complete nutrition to baby till first six months of age also it contains natural antibodies for baby immunity against infections and best for digestion . Formula milk should not be given at all unless advised by pediatrician . No need to give gripe water or ghutti below 6 months of age
