Has anyone used vaginal cooling pads/ ice packs/ panty liners for postpartum recovery? any brand suggestions and reviews onw hat works and what didn't would help me alot.

A. Hello! Not sounding too oldie but as the requirements are changing the technology and making comfort is evolving. Changes are constant here everyday a new one comes out for one’s benefit. Not sure how much effective they are , check with your doctor or online resources and reviews
