ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no cerelac should be given to a 4 momth ood baby, and avoid till 6 month old, No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. take care..!

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello do not give baby any food till the baby complete 6 months and if the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a Bpa free and paraben free like Babyhug but no cerelac or any food till the baby complete 6 months unless prescribed by your doctor
