Uma RamMom of 2 children2 weeks agoA. Hello good morning !! Due to nutritional deficiency hairfall happens.
Include protein,calcium and iron rich foods.
Nuts,seeds powder,curd,fruits,vegetables ,
leafy vegetables,egg and fish in regular diet.
Use castor oil or mix castor ,coconut oil (1:1 ratio) ,castor oil helps in fast hair growth,controls hairfall.
