Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Give diet rich in proteins. Give lots of water to drink. Adequate hydration, minerals are extremely important to prevent hairfall. External products won't help much in this case. Change in hair fall pattern will be visible only after 3-4 months once you improve diet. Try Mamaearth Hair oil and shampoo.
