haii my baby girl is one year old she had urine infection so giving antibiotics from 3 days... she had very small pimples like chicken pox so please suggest me anything

It could be a possibility that the antibiotics You’re giving to the child may have led to the similar problem because 008 into the body sometimes without medicine Bhejo giving a child Ka Safar with pimples like this so currently I would recommend you to go ahead with A using calamine lotion play
