hai please help to suggest some eye drops to my 7 months old baby. very little signs of eye redness

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. at present there is no problem in using antibiotic drops like ciplox drops in the eyes of the baby e if the redness is persisting are increasing it is advisable to consult a doctor
