Q.
Hai my name sowmya.. I have delivered a Girl Baby a month ago.. When my baby starts sucking milk from my breast.Iam getting a sevire pain which I couldn't control, if i touch my Nipples iam getting sevire pain . I have done many remedies but no use,iam suffering from one month.. please give me solution.. iam waiting for ur reply

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection. Apply a cold pack to numb the injured area before nursing. Cold can help dull the pain. give comfortable feeding position n allow ur baby a good latch.
