Q.
hai... my baby is 8 months old... has she is passing stool for 4-5time a day.... but it's not a loose motions... when she is passing stool with little amount and tight yellow colour... is it a good sign??? plz suggest

can be due to weaning.
offer more breast milk and give only khichdi with curd or banana for few days.
incase of any doubt.. visit your paediatrician .

Hi Till the time your child is not passing a motion right after the food till then there is nothing to be worried about and it would be hard due to lack of water in the body so just try to work upon that and slowly gradually over the period I think things will be normal just you need to give a lot more water than the usual
