my baby is passing some time with a normal stool and sometimes a loose stool reason for that and passing motion 3 to 4 times in a day

You just check how many number of motions are there in a day how many are loose motions and how many are normal motions because sometimes when kids have teeth can be like that so just get a stool test done this is going to give you a very clear picture this genuinely a problem
