hai my baby have some white patches on his face he was 10 months old

Such patches could be because of malnutrition.
Please take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
Include more Probiotics and fruits
If symptoms persist , you may get her diagnosed for any vitamin or mineral deficiency
You may take supplements after prescription from pediatrician
