RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. Take a temperature with a thermometer if it shows 99°F then it is fever then you can give paracetamol to the child but if there is no temperature it is below 99° and it is a normal body temperature in that case you don’t have to do anything
