Q.

Hai ...I have 1 month old baby...can I have cinnamon tea at nights? does it effects breast milk..?

A. there are no diet restrictions for a breastfeeding mommy. just make sure you eat everything in moderation. if there is any obvious discomfort for your baby you can stop.
