Gudmrng Doctor, my baby boy is 7 months old. He wake up at midnight from deep sleep. Is it normal?

A. yes it's fine and so. good sleep helps with brain growth .can do various sleep tricks .make baby sleep in a adequate environment and room temperature . Make baby wear comfortable clothing . Baby should be well fed at sleep time . Can sing a lullaby or play some light music . Can also swing baby in arms gently for easy sleep . Should be no disturbances in sleep .
