kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.
consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of your kid's oral cavity

But beyond that period you must consult with your paediatric. Give him supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Good luck and take care
