ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. If baby is passing pale yellow color urine there is nothing to worry just keep a watch that baby should Pass urine at least 6 to 8 times in A-day
Concerning about spotting through vagina that is totally normal in babies just maintain proper hygiene by cleaning with normal water and Pat it dry with soft cotton cloth

You should get a check with your paediatrician because you in colour and being a little warm is not a problem but the brown colour that you are saying is in the vagina in all could be due to some another problem so better get it checked with your doctor one time
